Delete your ClearRemote account

Signing in to ClearRemote is optional. If you signed in with Apple, you can delete the account and everything linked to it at any time.

In the app

Open ClearRemote → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. The account and its data are deleted from our providers at once, and the app also stops Sign in with Apple for ClearRemote.

Without the app

Write to clearremote@betheapp.com from the email address of your Apple Account (or tell us the private relay address Apple created) and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What deleting does not do

• It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel ClearRemote Pro Yearly in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• Your saved TVs and pairings are on your device only; Settings → Delete my data in the app erases them.
